Low Carbon Steel Tubing / Low Carbon Steel Pipe for Construction & Pipeline Project

Low Carbon Steel Tubing / Low Carbon Steel Pipe for Construction & Pipeline Project

Carbon steel tubing is hollow round pipe manufactured from carbon steel, available in two main types: seamless carbon steel tube and ERW welded carbon steel tube. It is one of the most versatile metal pipes in industrial markets, featuring stable mechanical performance and excellent workability for welding, cutting, bending and threading with competitive cost.

Low carbon steel tubing comply with international standards including ASTM A53, ASTM A106 Gr.B, GB/T 8163. A wide range of outer diameters and wall thicknesses are available, with custom cut lengths and non-standard sizes supported. Surface options include black finish, painting and anti-corrosion coating.

Seamless carbon steel tube: Produced by hot piercing solid billets with no weld seam. It withstands high pressure & high temperature, suitable for severe working conditions such as boiler, oil and gas pipelines.
ERW welded carbon steel tube: Roll-formed from steel coil and high-frequency welded. It features fast delivery and cost advantage, widely used for structural frames, scaffolding and low-pressure piping.

Carbon steel tubing is commonly applied in building structures, scaffolding, fluid transportation, fire protection piping, machinery manufacturing, vehicle chassis and foundation tubular piles.

FAQ

1. What is carbon steel tubing used for?
It is widely used for building construction, structural support, scaffolding, water & gas pipeline, fire protection piping, machinery parts and low-pressure fluid transmission.

2. What standards do your carbon steel pipes follow?
We support ASTM A53, ASTM A106 Gr.B, GB standard and other international standards, suitable for global export and engineering projects.

3. What is the difference between seamless and welded carbon steel tube?
Seamless tube has no welding line, higher pressure resistance and safety, suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure working conditions. Welded tube is cost-effective, more suitable for structural and ordinary pipeline projects.

4. Can you provide custom sizes?
Answer:Yes. Custom outer diameter, wall thickness, length and cutting service are available. We support non-standard size customization.

5. What is your MOQ and delivery time?
Small orders are acceptable. Stock goods can be delivered quickly, and bulk customized orders take within 7-10 working days.

6. What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T, Cash, L/C at sight and other flexible payment terms.

7. Do you provide inspection reports?
Yes, we can provide factory MTC and Certificates to guarantee material quality.
