Hot Rolled Carbon Steel Coil FAQ

What grades of hot rolled carbon steel coil do you supply?
Available grades include Q235B, Q355B, SS400, and SPHC. Please specify your required grade and standard so we can confirm a suitable supply option.
What thicknesses and widths are available?
Our listed supply range is 1.5–25 mm in thickness and up to 2,000 mm in width. Availability depends on the grade and dimensions. Contact us to confirm your required specification.
What is the difference between black and pickled & oiled coils?
Black coils retain the mill scale formed during hot rolling. Pickled and oiled coils have this scale removed by pickling, followed by an oil coating that provides temporary protection against rust.
Can you provide slitting and cut-to-length services?
Slitting and leveling with cut-to-length processing can be arranged. Please provide the required strip width or sheet dimensions, quantity, and dimensional tolerances.
What information is needed to request a quotation?
Please provide the steel grade, standard, thickness, width, quantity, surface condition, and destination port. Include any requirements for coil weight, processing, packaging, or inspection documents.
