Carbon Steel coil

We supply hot-rolled and cold-rolled carbon steel coils directly from our mill for structural fabrication, machinery, automotive parts, and general manufacturing. Coils are available in different grades, thicknesses, widths, and coil weights, with production based on ASTM, EN, JIS, or GB requirements.

Each order is inspected before shipment, and mill test reports (MTRs) can be provided for material verification. Custom specifications and bulk orders are welcome, with export packing and worldwide shipment available.

Send us your required grade, size, quantity, and destination port. Our export team will provide the available mill sheets, delivery schedule, and current mill price.

FAQ

What carbon steel coil grades do you supply?

We supply common grades under ASTM, EN, JIS and GB standards, including A36, A572 Gr.50, S235JR, S355JR, SS400, SPHC, SPCC, Q235B and Q355B. Other grades can be supplied according to your specification.

What sizes of carbon steel coil are available?
Available sizes include thicknesses from 0.12 to 25.4 mm and widths from 20 to 2000 mm. The actual range may vary depending on the grade, coil type and required quantity.

What is the difference between hot rolled and cold rolled carbon steel coil?
Hot rolled coil is commonly used for structural fabrication, pipes and general manufacturing. Cold rolled coil offers a smoother surface and tighter dimensional tolerances, making it suitable for stamping, automotive parts and applications requiring better surface quality.

Can you slit carbon steel coils to custom widths?
Yes. Coil slitting is available for custom widths. Cut-to-length and leveling services can also be provided according to your required dimensions.

Can you provide Mill Test Certificates?
Mill Test Certificates (MTC) can be provided with the material. Third-party inspection can also be arranged when required.

How are carbon steel coils packed for export?
Coils are protected with export packaging, edge protection and steel straps. Packing can be adjusted according to coil size, transportation method and customer requirements.

How do I choose the right carbon steel coil for my application?
The suitable material depends on the application, required strength, forming performance, surface condition and applicable standard. Send us your grade or application requirements if you need help selecting a suitable option.

What information should I send for a quotation?
Please provide the grade or standard, thickness, width, quantity, processing requirements and destination port. You can also include your preferred trade term, such as FOB, CFR or CIF.
