- Mill Test Certificate Provided
- Strict Quality Inspection
- Custom Sizes Available
- On-Time Global Delivery
This hot dipped galvanized steel plate uses low carbon steel substrate with zinc coating from 80 to 275g/m². It follows EN10142 and supports custom cut sizes.
- Thickness: 0.5–12 mm; common widths: 1000mm, 1220mm, 1500mm
- Surface options: regular spangle, minimal spangle or zero spangle, oiled / non-oiled
- Tolerance meets EN standard for building fabrication
The zinc layer bonds firmly to steel and resists rust under outdoor conditions. It handles common site work including cutting, drilling and light bending.
Main uses: structural brackets, roof panels, wall cladding, floor decking and fencing base plates for construction projects.
We pack sheets on wooden export pallets with anti-rust paper and steel bands. MTC documents are available for each batch. Custom sizes are acceptable subject to minimum order quantity.

Product Applications
- Roof Sheets Hot dipped galvanized steel plates cut into roof sheets for warehouses, industrial sheds and temporary buildings. The zinc coating protects against rain and outdoor moisture. Sheets are commonly cut to length and fixed on site.

- Wall Cladding Used as exterior wall panels for site offices, workshops and small industrial buildings. The flat sheets install cleanly and hold their shape in normal weather conditions. Surface can be regular, minimal or zero spangle.

- Structural Base Plates Galvanized plates are fabricated into base plates, brackets and connection parts for building frames. They are used where steel connections need both strength and corrosion protection. Drilling and cutting are done before or after galvanizing.

- Floor Deck Substrate Used as base sheets for floor decking in building construction. Plates are laid over steel joists and provide a stable working surface before or during concrete work. Consistent thickness supports easier site handling.

Frequently Asked Questions About Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel Plate for Building Structure
1. What zinc coating weights can you supply for hot dipped galvanized steel plates?
Standard zinc coating ranges from 80g/m² to 275g/m². We can adjust the zinc layer to match your project requirements.
2. Can you cut the plates to our custom sizes?
Yes. We cut sheets to your required length and width. Custom orders are available, subject to minimum order quantity.
3. Which standard does this galvanized plate follow?
Our plates comply with EN10142. We can provide MTC for each shipment for your project inspection.
4. Is the material bendable for on-site fabrication?
Yes. The low carbon base allows light bending, drilling and cutting. Heavy sharp bending may crack the zinc coating.
5. What surface options are available?
Regular spangle, minimal spangle and zero spangle are available. Choose oiled or non-oiled surface as needed.
6. How do you pack the galvanized steel plates?
Sheets are wrapped with anti-rust paper and fixed on wooden export pallets with steel straps, safe for ocean transit.
