Q1: What is the difference between hot rolled C channel and cold formed C purlin?

A: Hot rolled C channel has thicker wall, higher load capacity, for heavy structural engineering. Cold formed C purlin is lighter, thin gauge, mainly used for roof & wall purlins, solar mounting brackets with light load.

Q2: What steel grades can you supply for C channel?

A: We supply A36, S235JR, S355JR, Q235B, Q355B, SS400. We can produce according to ASTM, EN, GB, JIS standards.

Q3: Can you do galvanized C channel?

A: Yes. We provide hot-dip galvanized finish for anti-corrosion, suitable for outdoor solar projects, coastal and humid environments. Black painted bare steel is also available.

Q4: Can you cut, punch holes or bend the C channel as our drawing?

A: Yes. Custom processing services including cutting to length, punching, drilling, bending and pre-fabrication are supported. Please send your technical drawing for quotation.

Q5: Do you provide Mill Test Certificate (MTC)?

A: Yes, MTC will be supplied together with shipment. Third-party inspection is acceptable if required.

Q6: What is your MOQ?

A: No fixed MOQ. It depends on steel grade, size and surface finish. We accept small trial order and bulk container order for construction and mining projects.
